I agree. Cardio is over hyped. Our personal training programs emphasize strength and interval training to build lean muscle. Same emphasis whether its in our fitness boot camp classes or the tradition one on one personal training. Seems that most women are averse to strength training. Glad to see you challenging that idea.

A single cool issue about fitness boot camps is they give you the freedom to set your personal system. Just make sure you encompass all of the main aspects of bodily health: strength, flexibility, endurance and coordination.
