Do you believe that about yourself?

Others can tell you that you are beautiful – they can tell you that you are amazing, talented, sexy, kind, funny, smart – but if you don’t believe any of this yourself – it doesn’t matter what others think.

You need to believe in you. You need to trust you. You need to trust your feelings, your beliefs and your decisions. There are days when those things will be challenged – but having the confidence in yourself – believing in yourself will get you through the challenges.
