Your Arm Training Questions Answered

With all the my recent posts about arm training, I’ve received a ton of questions regarding different arm related topics.

So it’s time that I answer some of your biggest training questions…

Q: If you could sum it up, what would be the best workout to use to get tight and toned arms?

A: To be very honest and frank, there’s actually three different and unique arm training workouts that will lead you to tight and toned arms.

When I made my transformation I used a blend of a few different training methods. They all utilized different angles, sets, reps and movements. You see, most women get caught up in doing the same sets, reps and exercises each workout. I found that the key for tight and toned arms is to cycle between these three workouts.

Q: I eat clean all the time and have one cheat meal per week. I still don’t have arms that resemble it though? What’s holding me back?

A:Congratulations on eating healthy, that’s certainly the first step. I know there’s a lot of women out there that eat really well but their bodies don’t show it.     You have came a long way and you have inspired me to work hard. See your before and after have me to belive that I too can do it to. Thank you for all your tips on arm, please give more advice.
