Even if it is by a cute kid – that happened to me last week by one of my 4th graders – I know they have no idea – I know my arms aren’t really ‘flabby’ anymore – if anything it makes me want to work harder.
Whenever you are trying to tone an area – focusing on your flat stomach diet – will help to ensure better results then doing a workout program with out any regard to your diet.
The upper body workout in this week’s video can be combined with any lower body workout you are already doing.
To make sure I REALLY see results I would add this workout 2 days a week — making sure to give my arms and chest at least 48 hours rest between workouts.
One of the best parts of this workout is that its fast — perform the circuit – make sure to use a weight that will challenge you – lifting light weights every time isn’t helping you build muscle – and I PROMISE lifting heavy weights won’t make you look like a man.
So without further ado here is this week’s flat stomach workout….
