		<description>I love your response and it\\\&#039;s sooo true!  I have learned to change my attitude from I have to workout to I get to workout! Jennifer Nicole Lee taught me that one.  Also, whenever I think about skipping a workout, putting something in my mouth that is not according to plan, or anything like that, I ask myself the very important question of \\&quot;Is this going to take me a step closer to my goal or a step backwards?\\&quot;  If the answer is back,then I know not to eat or do the action I was contemplating.  Again though, it falls to the old adage of you have to set not only long term goals but short term goals for yourself to keep you moving forward to your long term goals.
