Yes, the gym is one of my favorite places to work out, Iâ€™m not trying to give it a bad name, but some days you just donâ€™t have the time to drive to the gym, there’s just too much to do.Â You know these days, the ones thatÂ Â you are SO busy you barely have time to breathe.Â These are usually the days that we would skip the gym because we feel like we just donâ€™t have the time.Â However, you donâ€™t have to go to the gym to get a solid workout in.Â You can get a great fat burning workout in your own home â€“ no weights required.
Body weight workouts are the answer. How?
-Â Â Â With no weights required you can do these workouts anywhere anytime; right from your own home, while watching TV., folding laundry, making dinner, or doing homework.
-Â Â Â Bodyweight workouts target every muscle group â€“ toning each muscle and helping to increase your metabolism.
-Â Â Â They donâ€™t take very long. If you donâ€™t have a lot of time to commit to working out â€“ no problem!Â If you only have five minutes for your workout, just increase the rate of your exercises and decrease the amount of rest you have.Â This is beneficial in SO many ways â€“ it ensures you didnâ€™t miss your workout, increases your heart rate, increases your metabolism and therefore increases your weight loss!
