I think you are so smart to warm up with clams and bridges to activate the glutes pre workout. I love doing those two moves when watching TV...one of my former trainers called extra work like this &quot;booster shots&quot;. We&#039;d pick a muscle group or two that could use a little extra attention and do 1-2 exercises for 100 reps each, 2-3 times a week. Worked like a charm! I need to add that back into my program.

Sorry for the tangent, but thanks for the reminder all at the same time.</description>
