Amanda Seyfried, star of the new film “Letters to Juliet”, feels the pressure to be thin- like every other young star in Hollywood.Â Its an unfortunate trend that every rising star feels the need to be thin, however, following a healthy diet and nutrition plan is the best way to ensure healthy weight loss.
“If I didn’t run and work out, there’s no way I would be this thin,” Seyfried explains. “But I have to stay in shape because I’m an actress. Itâ€™s fâ€“ked up and itâ€™s twisted, but I wouldnâ€™t get the roles otherwise. If Iâ€™d been bigger, I donâ€™t think they would have cast me for Mamma Mia!”
