Nice site. I at all times work out hard at least 3 times a week and after a demanding session your body requires the finest quality protein to repair you for your next workout. I constantly go for lean protein as the best muscle building food, in essence chicken, turkey and fish. I also have scrambled egg whites for breakfast.I normally combine these meals with a complex carb as well as vegetables as well. I stay away from protein shakes because I perceive them as a waste of money, the body is intended to digest food and drinks lack the thermic affect of foods.
