4 Tips to Jumpstart Your Weight Loss

Are you ready to start working out and lose weight but aren’t sure wherWeight Losse to start?  I’ve been in the exact same place.  When I was trying to lose weight there were plenty of days that I just wanted to give up because I didn’t know what to do next.  I was doing all this hard work and the weight loss results I wanted were not coming.  The frustration it caused wasn’t worth the additional stress to my day, so I took a step back, and took a look at my training to find what was going wrong.
That was the easiest and best thing I could’ve done for myself.  When I took a step back I realized   that I wasn’t doing all I could be doing to successfully lose weight.  So I decided to make some changes, and when I did, the results were amazing.  I was more energized and ready to train and my weight loss results came even faster. What did I do?  Just four simple things…


Tip 1 – Why are you working out? Do you have goals and objectives for your weight loss program? I want to lose XXlbs by XX date. I want to fit into that little black dress by New Years Eve.  I need to lose weight to stay healthy. No matter what the reason – know WHY you are working out. If you have a goal in mind it will help you on those days you are not motivated, to get to the gym and get your workout in. It will help keep you focused and when you reach your goals, the feeling of accomplishment and success beats no other.
Tip 2 – Drink Water!  Yes, drink water and LOTS of it!  The more water you drink, the more efficient your body will work. It will help your body feel fresh and ready to go. Water is one of the best things for us! Plus, when trying to eliminate calories and unnecessary sugar from your diet, eliminate those sugary drinks and iced teas, drink water instead.  It’s a very easy way to help you on your weight loss journey.
Tip 3 – Lift Weights. No, lifting weights will NOT make you bulky. Unless you have been lifting weights for years and years, you will not get bulky like guys. Lifting weights is a GREAT way to help increase your metabolism and burn more fat. Muscle burns fat, if you have more muscle on your body, you will be burning more fat hours after your workouts, helping you get tight, toned muscles and a flat, sexy, stomach faster.
Tip 4 – Sleep.  Yes, as simple as it is, sleep is SO important for us. I know it’s hard sometimes because we are all super busy, but getting enough sleep every night can have a huge impact on our weight loss progress.  If you are too tired to work out, you won’t go and you won’t see any results!
Yes, these four simple tips helped me get the flat stomach and sexy body that I had always wanted.  By adjusting these four things I was able to refocus my workout and the results came faster than ever.
